Refunds & Cancellation

You can cancel any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep access until then, and we do not bill you again. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Because you cancel at period end and keep the access you paid for, we do not, as a rule, refund a subscription period that is already running. If something went wrong on our side — you were charged twice, or charged after cancelling — email us and we will put it right.

If you delete your account, a paid plan ends immediately and the unused part of the period is not refunded. To keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, cancel your plan first and delete your account after.

• Credits are part of your plan and are used as you generate images.
• Monthly credits do not roll over — an unused allowance resets each period rather than banking.
• Credits have no cash value and are not refundable, including credits bought as a top-up once they have been used.

Generated images and content are digital goods delivered immediately. Purchases made through the affiliate catalogue are sold by the product owner, not by Persona Studio; where we are only the platform connecting a buyer and a seller, the seller’s own terms apply to that purchase. Affiliate earnings and their payout schedule are covered in the Terms of Service.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of a paid plan and get your money back, without giving a reason.

There is one thing to know about digital services. When you ask us to start straight away — by generating images or using paid features inside the 14 days — you are asking us to begin performing the contract during the withdrawal period. By doing so you acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw once the service is fully performed, and that if you withdraw while it is part-performed you may owe a proportionate amount for what you used. If you do not use any paid feature, your full 14-day right stands.

The free plan takes no card and charges nothing, so there is nothing to withdraw from until you choose a paid plan or buy tokens.
