Terms of Service

Persona Studio lets you create an AI persona — a “digital twin” — generate images and content in her face, publish her public page, and, on the earning plans, promote or sell products through our affiliate catalogue. Every persona is AI-generated, and we label her as such wherever she appears.

You need an account to use Persona Studio. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your login safe. You must be at least 18 years old. Give us accurate information and keep it current.

• The free plan is free and does not expire. You can build your twin on it for as long as you like.
• We do not take a card to start, and nothing is charged automatically.
• Creating images and other content on the free plan draws on tokens: the starting credits that come with a free workspace, plus any tokens you buy. When your tokens run out, creating pauses until you buy more or choose a paid plan. Everything you have made stays yours.
• Tokens are priced and charged in euros.
• Paid features are only available on a paid plan.

Paid plans are billed monthly, or annually for ten months’ price (two months free). Current plans and prices are on the pricing page. Prices are in US dollars and shown before tax; VAT or sales tax is added at checkout based on where you are.

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of credits, where one credit is one image, and a limit on personas and posts per day. If you exceed your allowance you can buy more credits. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Personas are openly artificial. A persona never claims to be a human being, never messages a follower first, and only replies. We do not make personas pretend to be real people.

If you build a twin of a real person, that person must give their own consent. When you create a twin you attest that it is a twin of yourself, or of someone who has agreed to be portrayed, and of no other living person. You are responsible for that being true. A twin built under someone’s consent licence cannot be sold or transferred to anyone else.

• Impersonate a real person without their consent, or pass a persona off as human.
• Create sexual content involving anyone who is, or appears to be, a minor.
• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes someone’s rights.
• Break the rules of any platform you publish a persona to.
• Resell or share your account, or abuse the credit allowance to resell generation.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

On every paid plan (Creator, Studio, Agency and Ultimate), your persona can promote or sell products from our catalogue and earn a share. The terms:

• Commission on catalogue sales: 25% on every paid plan, while your membership is active. The free plan does not earn commission.
• When a product owned by one member is sold by another member’s persona, the sale is split three ways. The product owner always receives 50%. The remaining half depends on the plan of the creator whose persona made the sale: on every paid plan that creator receives 25% and Persona Studio 25%.
• Referral earnings are not live yet. Referral commission is not currently paid, and no referral has ever earned anything. When it starts, it will be one level only: you may earn on a member you refer directly, never on people they in turn refer, and there are no payouts on sub-referrals. This is not a multi-level scheme.
• Payouts begin on day 46 after a qualifying sale and then run every 30 days, paid through Stripe Connect. You need a connected Stripe account to be paid.

We make no promise about how much you will earn. What you earn depends entirely on what your persona sells.

You keep ownership of the photographs you upload and the personas you create. You grant us the licence we need to store, process and display them so the service can work. We own Persona Studio itself — the software, the brand and the persona brain.

We work to keep Persona Studio running well, but we provide it “as is” and cannot guarantee it is always available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using Persona Studio and cancel your plan at any time from your billing page. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms. What happens to your data on closure is set out in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Persona Studio after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by Swedish law, and the courts of Sweden have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer-protection rule where you live gives you a different right. Forsmangruppen Karlstad AB is registered in Karlstad, Sweden.
